Site Administration
Site administration functionality is limited to those with Administrator privileges.
Edit Users
Login
to the OVPD using your user name and password
Click the
Manage Users
link
Select the account you wish to edit by clicking the Edit link next to the User Name
Select the user role you wish to assign to this user
If the assigned role is Curator, you must also assign an Herbarium to the user
Click the update link
To delete a user:
Select the user you wish to delete
Click the Delete link
A popup window will ask you to confirm the delete.
To create a new user:
Enter the appropriate information in the various Create New Account fields
Click the Create User button
Once the account is created, edit the User Role for this user as deemed appropriate
